If you have any health concerns or acute injuries, please consult a medical professional before you start this course.
Recordings of the classes will be sent after the class. You will have access to all recordings up to a month after the course has ended. Classes are non-refundable unless the teacher has cancelled the class.
A mat and something to rest your head on is advisable but not essential.
Once you purchase, an email will be sent out with all details and links.
