This course is all about bringing a spring to your stride and fluidity to your body so you use less energy to run and decrease your chances of being injured. Ready to spring?
Terms & Conditions
Recordings of the classes will be sent after the class. You will have access to all recordings up to a month after the course has ended. Classes are non-refundable unless the teacher has cancelled the class.
A mat and something to rest your head on is advisable but not essential.
Once you purchase, an email will be sent out with all details and links.
Classes will be held on Tuesdays 7:30-8:15pm LIVE on Zoom over 6 weeks.
