This 45 minute Live Zoom Pilates class is free to Members and £6 to non-members. It will be a great opportunity to meet virtually and for me to answer questions and guide you during the class. You must have some experience of Pilates as the class is not suitable for complete beginners. You must be fit to exercise and not have any medical reason why you can’t partake fully in class.
